Who we are

Avenida Rent a Car (avenida.gr) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@avenida.gr, 694 584 9728.

What data we collect

Full name, phone, email, rental dates and pick-up point, flight number if you give it, and whatever you write in the message field.

We do not collect payment details through the website. Payment is made on pick-up.

Why we need it

To answer your request, prepare the rental contract and meet our tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

Requests that did not become a rental are deleted within 12 months. Rental records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@avenida.gr and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
