Rental terms, written to be read.
No small print and no legalese. If something is not clear, call us and ask.
Who can drive
- Minimum driver age: 23, with a valid licence held for at least one year.
- Drivers from outside the EU need an International Driving Permit alongside their national licence.
- A second driver is added to the contract at no extra cost.
- Only the drivers named on the contract may drive the car.
Booking and payment
- We ask for no prepayment and place no hold on your credit card to reserve a car.
- A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us.
- Payment is made on pick-up, in cash or by card.
- Minimum rental: 2 days. Each rental day counts as 24 hours.
Insurance and damage
- Every rental includes a collision damage waiver with excess and third-party liability cover.
- The excess amount depends on the vehicle class — we tell you the exact figure before you book.
- The optional full damage waiver (FDW) reduces the excess to zero.
- Not covered: damage to tyres, glass and the underside of the car, damage from driving off sealed roads, and damage while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Any accident must be reported to the police and to us immediately.
Fuel, mileage, tolls
- Mileage allowance is 100 km per day. On a monthly rental, 3,500 km in total.
- Same-to-same fuel policy: you take the car and return it at the same fuel level.
- Tolls, fuel and traffic fines are the renter's responsibility.
- Misfuelling is not covered by the insurance.
Pick-up, return, cancellation
- Opening hours: 07:00–21:00. Outside those hours a €20 fee applies.
- Delivery outside Thessaloniki is by arrangement, at a price agreed in advance.
- Free cancellation at any time — there is no deposit to lose.
- A return more than 2 hours late is charged as an extra day.
Leaving the country and ferries
- Domestic ferry crossings (e.g. Keramoti–Thassos) are allowed only if you tell us in advance: while the car is on the boat it is NOT covered by the insurer.
- Taking the car out of Greece is only possible with a written agreement and additional insurance documents.
- Driving on unsealed roads is permitted only with the 4x4 vehicles and at your own risk.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to book?
No. We ask for no prepayment and we do not hold your card to reserve the car. You send us your dates, we confirm availability, you pay on pick-up.
Can I pick up or drop off outside your hours?
Yes. We are open 07:00–21:00. Outside those hours there is a €20 out-of-hours fee — tell us your flight time and we will arrange it.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book. We track the arrival and wait for you — no extra charge for a flight delay within our opening hours.
What is included in the price?
Collision damage waiver, 100 km a day, 24/7 roadside assistance, a second driver at no cost, VAT and airport fees. Fuel and optional extras (child seat, full waiver) are charged separately.

Can I take the car to Thassos or another island?
Yes, but call us first. While the car is on the ferry (e.g. Keramoti–Thassos) it is not covered by the insurer, so we need to know. Taking the car out of Greece is only possible by prior arrangement and with extra paperwork.
How much does delivery outside Thessaloniki cost?
It depends on the distance. Delivery to Halkidiki, Perea, Katerini or elsewhere is by arrangement — tell us where you are and we will tell you exactly what it costs, with no surprises.
How do I pay?
On pick-up, in cash or by card. You get a receipt or an invoice, whichever you need.
